Montgomery Partners is a fully integrated real estate investment firm, founded in 1984, whose principals specialize in the identification, acquisition, renovation, and, through an affiliate, Montgomery Capital Management, Inc. (MCM), the management of value-add multifamily investments in the Western United States.
Our continuing mission is to secure undervalued apartment properties in high-barrier-to-entry markets which yield maximum profitability for our investors.
Through our affiliate, MCM, we perform asset management functions and direct oversight of property repositioning using highly experienced on-site and regional managers. Our team includes vital personnel overseeing investor relations, accounting, accounts payable/receivable and hands-on administrative staff to realize the full potential of each investment, while meeting our goals.

John is the founder and managing principal of Montgomery Partners, and Montgomery Capital Management, and is responsible for the strategic vision and overall direction of the firm.

1. Introduction: We will provide you with an introduction to MP, our history, our investment criteria and ensure it aligns with your own investment objectives.
2. New Offerings: When MP has a new investment opportunity, you will be notified via email through our Investor Portal.
3. Invest: When you elect to invest in an offering, we will coordinate through the Investor Portal all documentation and funding requirements.
4. Distributions: Our properties distribute cash flow to our investors on a quarterly basis via direct deposit or mailed check. Distributions will vary, quarter to quarter, based on the property's performance.
5. Staying up to date: Throughout the life of your ivnestment, we will provide tax documents, quarterly property updates - including financials, as well as access to any future investments via our Investor Portal.

We focus on the "Rockies, West". Currently, our portfolio consists of properties in California, Nevada and Colorado. In addition to a continued focus on these states, we are looking to expand into the Pacific Northwest, Utah, Idaho and Montana.

For a 1031 exchange, the minimum is $1mm.

Our investment thesis generally dictates a five to seven year initial hold. At the end of this period, we either sell the property and give our investors the opportunity to roll their equity into a new investment via a 1031 exchange, or we will refinance the property with long term debt. Either way, our goal is always to help our investors build generational wealth.
