Brady Stern
Chief Operating Officer
Brady joined Montgomery Partners in 2021 and serves as Chief Operating Officer, leading Asset Management, Property Management, and corporate governance for the company. Brady has over 15 years of experience in investment real estate and is responsible for “running the business” of the portfolio of properties. This includes formulating and executing asset management strategies, oversight of capital projects, and running property operations.
Brady previously worked as a Director of Asset Management at UBS where he was responsible for the financial performance of a 17-property ($1.9B) Multifamily portfolio. Prior to that, Brady worked as a Director at Carmel Partners, with oversight of apartment properties in Southern California and the Pacific Northwest. He brings additional real estate experience from Shorenstein and The Bascom Group.
Brady holds an MBA from the University of Mississippi, a BS from Arizona State University and completed the Emerging COO Program through the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is a past President of the Guardsmen, a philanthropic group serving at-risk youth in the SF Bay Area, and served on the Board of Governors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC).
